Expedition

Texas Chapter members who have led or participated in an official Explorers Club Flag Expedition are encouraged to submit a record. The record can be submitted even if the expedition lead is not a member of the Texas Chapter.

Once submitted, your record is reviewed and published by the chapter coordinator. It then appears on the map for your chapter and the public to see.

Complete the Form
Fill out the expedition intake form. Sections are tailored to the type of expedition - land, water, aerial, space, or lunar. Takes about 5 minutes.

Chapter Review
The chapter coordinator reviews submissions and marks approved records. Approved records are official Flag Expeditions which included at least one Texas Chapter member.

Published to the Map
Once approved by the chapter coordinator, the record appears on the map automatically. The record is part of the permanent chapter archive.
